2. Enter the tracking number on site: www.17track.net/en and check it.

* The website will auto-detect carrier, so you don't need to enter carrier name.

* Logistic info updated by the carrier may be delay sometimes. (2-3days' delay is normal)

* If you can't find any order tracking info on the website, please contact our office and we will check it for you.
