"My headphone has 2 3.5mm plugs but my Switch/phone only has 1 jack and I want to ensure both the speaker and the mic work properly."

- In that situation, you need a 2-to-1 splitter to finish the job.

"My headphone has 1 3.5mm plug but my computer/laptop has 2 3.5mm jacks and I want to ensure both the speaker and the mic work properly"

- In that situation, you need a 1-to-2 splitter to finish the job.

Note: The USB plug (If have one) of the headphone is only for light control.

2. Do All Models of Headphones Need to Buy a Splitter?

- No! Most of our headphones are packaged with a splitter within their box. (For package contents please check "SPECIFICATION" in the product description)

3. Can I Buy Splitters Separately?

- Yes! But our suggestion is to buy with the headphone because if you buy them alone you may need to pay the shipping tax which is more expensive than the splitter.
